INTRODUCTION
I want to have a various kind of taste of noodles because this is my favorite. I make Easy Noodle Salad so that I will have a food. This is so great, this Easy Noodle Salad is very perfect in a simple and holidays. This is too great, this is so yummy and at the same time this is too tasty. This salad is also best in the parties if you wish.
Ingredients
4 x 85 g packets 2 minute noodles, discard flavour sachets
1 x 400 g tin sweet corn kernels, drained
1 x 400 g tin peas, drained
½ red capsicum, diced finely
½ yellow capsicum, diced finely
3 green shallots, sliced finely
Dressing 1
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sweet chilli sauce
Dressing 2
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup dijonnaise mustard
Dressing 3
¾ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup mint jelly
Method
Break up noodles into small chunks and cook in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and put aside to cool.
Combine dressing of choice and add to cooled noodles.
Add vegetables then serve or refrigerate until needed.
